Actually anorexia runs in her family, her mom AND grandmother had it, and she is in a profession where it's rampant so it would kind of be surprising if she didn't. I do feel bad for her!!

I too think it's been photoshopped or something. She is naturally very thin anyway. I think it's just to sell a paper.
