hello everyone, my name is susan and since i have been off work because of a broken ankle, i have been reading your letters and posts everyday. i want to lose weight with you and la weight loss but dh is barking about the money i would spend. i have read about the centers you go to and also the online program. my question is, is online less expensive or do you think going to a cod is the way to go ? i need to lose 70 pounds and i will continue to use your support. thanks !

I have tried a lot of diets and my personal experience is that if I dont have someone babysitting me or looking over my shoulder then I tend to be a slacker when it comes to dieting and exercise. I waited almost 6 mos but I joined LAWL during my COD's open house and got 58 weeks of weight loss for $199. I know that doesnt include the maintenance, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there. So you may keep an open ear for a promotion or sale.

But if you feel that doing it online could work for you then it may be cheaper that way. When it comes down to it, only you know You!

My COD just had a friends and family special - the whole program for $199 - all the weight you need to lose with maintenance included. Lite bars were not included in that, but that is one awesome deal. You can call up the center and see if they have any specials coming up like that. If you know someone on LAWL you can also get a break in price and they will get some store credit for referring you.
