Hey....is anyone out there taking the b-12 injections with amino acids?? I heard that you can order these online and ditribute them to yourself?? Is this true....is this even legal???? And if you are taking b-12 are you having good results???

Hi - what would you be using these for, a general supplement?
I give myself B12 injections but it is because I have pernicious anemia and it is the only way I can absorb B12; my body does not absorb it from any food or oral supplements.
And it makes a world of difference. I no longer feel like I am going to die. That kind of difference. Now this is prescription B12, prescribed by my doctor on the basis of my test results which show me to have pernicious anemia, and it's not something I order over the internet.

Honestly, I don't recommend that anyone give themselves shots of anything-unless it is prescribed by a doctor and they are trained how to do it properly-like insulin, etc.

People get them at our pharmacy with a prescription, guess I never thought about what they were for??
