Cathych: GL on the juicing. Have you tried some of the other Plateau busters? I don't think I could live off of just juice. Not that much will power.
What other plateau busters?
I was given a Plateau Buster sheet a couple of weeks ago and it is supposed to be done for 5 days. The rules are:
1. no beef, salmon, fast food, frozen dinners, condiments, pork
2. add 2 glasses of water for the first 2 days
3. In the starches category, no cereals, oatmeal (I know, it is a cereal, but the rule is listed this way), or rice
you don't live off just juice, you are familiar with the juice plan, aren't you?
FOR THE DAY:
6 oz. of the same protein
2c. raw GREEN veggies or 1c. cooked
2 LA Lites
16 oz. TO Juice (You add 16 oz. water to it)
no more than 2 6 oz. cups of caffienated coffee
So far, (it is 1:25 pm) I have had:
9 am Juice
10 am 1 lite, more juice
water, water, water
12 noon a huge salad, (unlimited green veggies) made a homemade low fat dsg
more water water water
the rest of the day I plan to have:
2 pm More juice
5ish (or so) chicken
eggplant
broccoli, maybe some other kind of veggie
7 pm last juice of the day
9 pm lemon tea, lite
Oh. I have never heard tha called juicing. Always referred to as TO. Sorry, my confusion.
