  • Tricia and Robin - Where are y'all? I've never started this thread before, but I've got good news to report, so...

Down 4 pounds! Not sure if it's a fluke, but I'll take it. Hopefully next week, my weight will FINALLY begin with a ONE. Stealing a clever term from CC, I'm packing up my bags and moving from Twoterville to Onederland!!!
  • I vote we change the weekly weigh in's to Friday so our weekend doesnt screw us up!

I was 222lbs this morning Up 3 lbs from last monday.
  • I'm down 4 pounds for the week Last week I didn't gain or lose, so I'm effectively looking at a 4 pound loss for a 2 week period.

Ohhhh Laurie, Good for you! How exciting! I can't wait to get to One-der-land! I'm hoping to spend Christmas in One-der-land... It's an aggressive goal, but I'm goin' for it!

Cara, as far as I'm concerned, you don't have to weigh on Monday morning... I started SB on a Saturday, so I've always weighed every Saturday morning and don't weigh-in any other day. I just report in here on Mondays...
  • Yay Laurie! I'm looking to move into Onderland by Halloween.

I'm down 1.6 pounds this week. This also marks my 25 pound weight loss since starting Weight Watchers.
  • 2 pounds down this week and into the 230's. I love new decades. They give me such a kick in the *** to keep going.

    Good weeks everybody!

Love this "quote" and I'm headed that way myself. Hope to have the move complete by Halloween! Congrats on your loss (sounds kind of funny to say, huh?)

GO FOR IT! If anyone can do it, I know that any one of the ladies (or men) on 3FC can do it!

We have the same goal of Onederland by Halloween! And, I see we're both on Weight Watchers! Congrats on your 25 pound loss to date, that is so awesome and I can't wait to get there myself!

I laughed when I read this, it's so true! I'd always give up on diets if I didn't see results in the first week! Seeing results on the scale makes me so stinkin' motivated to see what I can do the next week...and the next! Congrats also on your weight loss....

The scales have been good to me this week - I am down 3 pounds!!! I think I may actually be able to make my Labor Day goal!!! It's my first mini-goal and I'm so excited about it!!!

Hey Cara, a lot of us weigh-in on Mondays, but not everydone does. You can pick any day that works for you and come here to post. I've often thought about changing my weigh-in to Friday, but then I'm afraid that I'd use that as license to relax my plan on the weekends! Danger!

I am very sad to report that I've gained 1.6 pounds this week. I went off-plan on Friday and didn't manage to get myself back in-line until today.
  • Rhonda, it happens. I bought some organic pizza. Bread is one of my trigger foods. It was not a good idea. I don't weigh in till Wednesday. But one mistake did not make me obese and it won't make me obese again. NO MORE TRIGGER FOODS FOR ME IN THE HOUSE EVEN AFTER 8 MONTHS ON PLAN.
  • I weigh in on Mondays for Jenny Craig, and it helps me stay on trak over the weekend cause I know I have to pay the piper on Monday. This morning I was down 4 pounds. I am still Onderland is still a dream for me, probably next year sometime. But glad so many of you are so close... seems more possible for me every week.
  • The scale showed up a pound this morning BUT I'm "pms"ing and bloated in a BIG way and I've spent the past 2 days in airplanes so my legs and feet are swollen...so I'm guessing that in a couple of days I'll be showing a pound or two loss for the week. That's where I was on Friday before the trip out of town. Stayed on plan while out of town so I'm not concerned in the slightest!

Great losses, everyone! If this wasn't your week, keep up the good stuff and you'll get there!

I wish I had been clever enough to say that, but alas it came from someone else! Plus I'm a looooong way from the moving van showing up.

    Down 2.2 this week.
  • Okay - folks: I'm sad to say that I have MEGA - and I do mean MEGA - water retention. I'm not PMSing and I'm not having excessive salt. I'm really wondering if my meds are messing with me. Needless to say, the scales show me to be up 1.6 lbs but I know it isn't "fat". I feel like a puffed up frog this morning!! I have also felt excessively thirsty the last 3 or 4 days; I'm wondering how this all ties in together. Anyway...I have been on plan strictly this past week so I know this is all water. Still, it is discouraging to see the numbers go up after working so hard. But, I'm not giving up. No way, no how!!

    Congrats to all the losers!!

Chin up to all the gainers!! We can do this!!! Keep on keeping on!!
  • Well, I lost 1.6 pounds mid-week and went down from 185.2 to 183.6. However, after a weekend of going to the Arlington County Fair on Saturday and Six Flags on Sunday, where there are virtually no truly healthy options (I was able to go to Subway for lunch at Six Flags, but I couldn't find any fruit or any healthy snacks anywhere, despite the advertisement that they have healthy options - even the Subway at Six Flags didn't have apple slices). Anyway, after the weekend, I was back up to 185.0, so my official loss for the week was only .2 pounds...
  • Im down 2.5 lbs this week.
  • Well, now I am down 12 lbs in the last 3 weeks....it really seems to be dropping off quickly but I think it's because I am now taking medicine for my PCOS and it's helping. I know I am going to have to work a lot harder to get to where I really want to be. I am just so happy and excited to see results. It's really keeping me motivated.
