They're about 3 1/2 calories per nut. So depending on the serving size that you choose .......... And yes, I need to actually count out each one individually if I'm eating them.

Well for me, I don't follow anyone's serving size but my own - especially where nuts are concerned. So 32 pistachios would definitely not be one serving as far as I'm concerned.
