Today is the day!

I am determined to change! I will do whatever it takes to not have to wear just my fat clothes anymore! I will be celebrating my 44th Birthday soon and I am determined to change by my 45th! I will love losing 40 pounds and changing my emotional eating patterns for good!


I just weighed in at 170 pounds at the Dr. office and if you are ready to change with me then lets go!!!!!

I'm 7 months from my 40th birthday and I'm bound and determined that I'll be in the best shape every by the big day... I have only seven months to go. I've lost 12 pounds already and this site is quite helpful. I don't know if you'll find a buddy in Nebraska but you'll make friends from all over the world here!

Try going to the User CP link at the top of the page and then click on Edit Signature. Paste the tracker info into the box and then click Save Signature and you should be able to have that tracker show up with every post.

We were almost stationed at Offut three years ago, but the orders got changed to Beale two weeks before we PCS'd. LOVE the Air Force (sarcasm evident?). Actually, we do quite like military life...

Yes I am former army and my hubby will be retiring soon from the USAF. We just moved back here a year ago before that we were in Las Vegas.

I look forward to meeting people from all over the world in this community and I have set an intention to find an accountability partner her locally.
