***August 2007 Fitness Challenge***
It's that time again... Everybody JOIN in on another monthly challenge we've all grown to know and love! Summer is here! Time for water sports and beaches!
Set your own fitness goals.
You can join in at ANY time.

1. Post a reply in this forum with your goals.
2. Write down all the dates of August so you can keep on track with your goal (or add days as the month progresses)
3. EDIT your post everyday/or when you have the chance with your progress.
4. If you need anything or have any questions PM the 20-something's moderator, trnsfrmnreplace (me).
5. The numbers are minutes of exercise by the way. You can also use icons to note that you have done an exercise or goal for the day
