    It's that time again... Everybody JOIN in on another monthly challenge we've all grown to know and love! Summer is here! Time for water sports and beaches!

    Set your own fitness goals.
    You can join in at ANY time.

    5. The numbers are minutes of exercise by the way. You can also use icons to note that you have done an exercise or goal for the day

    Goals: Complete the c25k program then run 30 min 3 times a week, 3 resistance workouts per week, and do my ab workout 6 times a week with 1 rest day.

    I've already made it a month and a half...so here's to another one!

    This is the goal i am setting for myself.
    Minimum of 2 x 30 mins of cardio EVERYDAY
    Swim atleast 2 x per week
    Yoga on alternate days
    Wake up early in the mornings- NO sleepin past 6 o CLOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Harsh!!!! but i really have to shift the pounds this august! or else ........ grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ................. i will be really angry with myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I completely bombed my July goals. Luckily I didn't gain any weight, but I didn't lose any either.

    The start of August I am recommitting to this challenge. I want to hit the 180's!

  • Hi everyone! I kinda lost track of my weight loss efforts studying for the nursing boards, but now I passed and I'm back!
    My August Goals!!!
    -Run 25 mins without stopping by 8/31 (doing the c25k program again- just going through it faster)
    -lift most days of the week
    -1000 minutes of cardio at least
    -oh and no pop! (this one will be hard since I work nights)

  • I did so good with the July one so I'll join this too. I didn't do the Cto5K because it has been so hot and it's so much easier to pop a video in. I'll have to try that over as soon as it gets nice out again. And I bet it will be a little easier now that I am in a little better shape.
