moment when I first took pics while I was attempting the Fat Smash Diet in Feb, I couldn't believe it! The 2nd moment was when we took our new convertible to my future in-laws house,and his dad took pics of us, I though I looked alright, but when the pics came back HOLY MOLY! I looked HORRIBLE! I plan on using that as my before pic. Pics don't lie do they?
