Hello to everyone.... I was just posting my menu for today. I had a better day today, than yesterday. My headache is slightly going away. I almost broke down today and had a diet coke, but I told myself NO NO NO!
Breakfast - 3 slices of melon (honey dew and cantelope)
Lunch - 2 small bowls of broccoli soup
Snack - 3 more slices of cantelope
Dinner - 2 small bowls of Chili, salad with veggies
Snack - Banana shake
