  • hmm. remember at one ww meeting years ago, someone suggested wearing a surgical mask while cooking. It was amazing how many times she put her spoon or fingers to her mouth to sample.

    Might scare DD though ....

  • Tried to go to my meeting this morning, but it was canceled. But according to my home scale I lost about 3 lbs.

  • Thanks Lalala, but I don't really deserve all of the praise. I was still hungry and the late night munchies got a hold of me so you have to add about five more points to that total which puts me way over.
