Whats it called when you see a 0.5lb loss on the scale one morning, then decide that the best bet is to eat 1800 calories worth of SUGAR and junk by 7pm??
Despite going for a walk, I can't help be frustrated with myself. Its a relief binge - I felt so heavy this morning I was sure I'd be UP on the scale, but I was a bit lower, so...I eat trash.
