Hi everyone,
I have 16 days today with God's help. The last week has been more challenging. I'm off sugar as well as all grains. I'm walking my treadmill and riding the elliptical trainer most days. I've lost 5 pounds. When the going gets rough I pray and/or excercise or read or play computer games or hang out with my kids. Abstinence feels good even when it's hard.
