Has anyone ever heard of or dealt with leaky gut syndrome? I read an article in a magazine this week about it and am very interested. Some of the symtems are gas and bloating, heart burn, craving food (especially sugar) all of these I have at some point in the month. I also noticed that when I have the heart burn I tend to crave sugary foods (cookies, cake, etc.) They had some things in the article that you can do to help but I just wanted to see if anyone else had this problem and what worked for them to help.
