Hi everyone,
So this weekend is the Canada Day long weekend and me and my boyfriend are going away for the weekend. I have been doing sooooo good over the past 2 weeks and managed to get off 8 lbs in total. I am a little worried about going away because obviously I will be eating out and snacking (we are driving and he likes to stop and get snacks for the car) I might be makin it into something bigger than it is but I dont want to sabbotage my progress.
Anyone going throught the same thing..can relate...offer tips...or just encouragement...lol.
