No luck with the search engine so forgive me if this has been asked before. Has anyone tried Ionithermie? My friend tried it on a cruise ship and swore it worked, but others have told me that it's a crock. Curious to see if anyone else has seen results from it.
It's an electric stimulation, which supposedly targets certain areas to lose fat...I guess by breaking it down or building the muscle or something. I don't know a whole lot about it...it just seems too easy.
I would be sceptical about this.
I am. I was just curious if anyone's done it and really did have good results.
