  • Hello everyone Im obviously a newbie, and so tired of dieting. . . I go up and down and up and down and its really exhausting.

    but here I go again....

    I suggest you STOP dieting. Its the easiest way!

    Instead, START making small changes. More water. More veggies. Incorporate more things as you go along...more lean proteins and less high-cal ones, more whole grains and less refined. More movement.

    None of this is a "diet" - its a new way of life!
