I am new and starting a weight loss journey, of sorts.
I have gained twenty kilograms (44 pounds) going from 55kg (121 pounds) to 75kg (165 pounds) in nine months.
I was about 3kg (7 pounds) underweight at my weight gain start weight so my goal is to get to 58kg (127 pounds) which is where I feel most comfortable.
I am starting South Beach Diet on the 18th of June (fresh start on a Monday) and have rejoined my gym. I am planning to do three days of cardio and 3 days of strength training - then building up to cardio five days a week (Mon-Fri) and strength three days (Mon, Wed, Fri).
