Hi everyone,

I am new to the site. I haven't started my program yet. Has anyone heard of Volumetrics? Well I bought the book today and I am thinking of starting it within a few days. I wanted to see if there were any success stories here.

I am almost 36 years old. Like most of you, I've been on many diets. Basically, I just want to feel great about myself, and choose the clothes that I want to wear and not just clothes that I can wear.

This seems like a great site. Hope to get to know you guys and I wish you guys much success!
