  • Breakfast: One serving shredded wheat and bran, 30 fresh blueberries, skim, equal

    Lunch: Spa Lean cuisine (2 points for sauce)

    Going to the show and will drink just water. After all, it's not about the food, right?

    Snack: Cherries

    Dinner: Core Chicken Strogonoff (1 point for 98% FF cream of chicken soup), fresh green beans or broccoli

    Snack: Glass of skim or a frosty

    Will drink at least 8 eight ounce glasses of water and walk on the treadmill for at least 20 minutes

    Total points used for the week = 11
  • Breakfast: not hungry

    Lunch: stolen from Vickie yesterday -- lean hamburger patty on SF whole wheat bun (2 pts), sliced tomato and red onion, and a 1/2 cup of anasazi beans

    Dinner: LO grilled chicken, whole wheat spaghetti with marinara, steamed squash

    No snacks and 4 large bottles of water
