July 4TH Weight Loss Goals!!

  • Hi everyone!
    The Memorial Day goal was sucessful for quite a few of us. Anyone want to list a July 4th Goal? It's only 3 1/2 weeks now. I will try for 4 pounds. Anyone else care to join in for the mini challenge?? Let's make this one we can attain in a short period of time!!

  • I'm in for 5 pounds. I will weigh in on Monday and update my ticker. Thank goodness all the cake from the b-day party is gone and the next b-day isn't until July 13th. Happy losing.

  • I'll shoot for 10 and weigh in on Monday.

    10 is good for me and is attainable, because I will be working out every day (30 minutes of cardio, 2 hours of yoga and 1.5 hours of weight training 4 days a week and then cardio/swimming the other 3 days of the week).

    Put me down for 10lbs also. It appears i have somehow gained 5 lbs since yesterday and it's kinda freaking me out. i know it's only water that's been retained, but still. 5 lbs is 5 lbs.

  • Ok.......so I Weighed In Yesterday..........i Lost 3 Pounds!....yipppee...i Am So Excited....so Last Week I Lost 1 And This Week I Lost 3...only 5 More To Go For Me....hope I Cna Do It.......keep Up The Great Work Everyone And Good Luck
  • ok today is the 13th ... i had orginally said ( on my home calander) i wanted to be 198 by the 4th.... thank God im 200 as of this morning..... so i will set a goal of 194 by the 4th.

    just a note: I have not seen that weight in almost 8 years
  • I will join in....Let's see...the 4th is 3 1/2 weeks away...I'm lucky to be able to usually lose 1 pound a week, so I will set my goal for 4 pounds. That would put me at 154!! I will be excerisizing 3 days aweek for about an hour in my cardio class so maybe i will be able to attain this weight loss goal!! I'll keep checking in with every one.
  • ok. I am going for 10 pounds too. I do 1/2 of cardio and 1/2 of weight training 5 days a week plus i will be taking my kids to the pool about 3-4 days a week.

  • I wasn't sure when everyone weighed in and posted their loss, etc. but I've lost three pounds last week! So only 7 more to go before the 4th!
