    Monday: cleaned apt for a good 30 min

    Tuesday: 15 min walk

    Wednesday: 15 min walk

    Thursday: 15 min walk
  • Monday:
    25minutes on elliptical
    12 minutes of situps, leg lifts, ect
    10 minutes of free weight lifting
    Teusday
    25 minutes on elliptical
    12 minutes of sit ups, leg lifts
    14 minutes of free weight lifting--- adding some new lifts
  • Monday - 1 hour walking, 1 hour at gyms doing weights

    Tuesday - 3 hours walking (don't ask)

    Wednesday - going to be walking.
  • Monday: Cleaned, waterproofed and packed away a 10 man tent (by myself),
    pulled weeds from my driveway and planted 2 tomato plants in planters,
    washed the dog, then cleaned the bathroom.
    Lastly, walked the dog for 25 minutes.
  • oops! Posted Monday in the wrong thread -- it was 4-mile walk DVD and a few yoga poses.

    Today: 4-mile treadmill run
  • Monday - 40 minutes on elliptical and 3 hours waterproofing/staining our deck.
    Tuesday - Week 1 Day 1 of the Couch to 5K program! I feel great!
  • How have I been missing this weekly thread? This is great accountability!

    Monday: 30 minutes on treadmill (1 minute of running for every 4 minutes of walking)
    45 minutes of weight training (back/shoulders/chest) with my trainer
    Tuesday: 30 minutes on treadmill (same running/walking combo...trying like mad to become a real runner because I remember how great it felt in my previous life and I know it's a key to dropping this weight)

  • Monday: Nada (I'd been active Saturday and Sunday)
    Tuesday: Curves for 30 minutes + 10 min. stretching
    Wednesday: not sure--have a haircut tonight, then the hour+ drive home. Yoga, maybe?
    Thursday: Curves for 30 min. + 10 min. stretching
    Friday: Curves for 40 min. + 10 min. stretching
    Saturday: a walk, hopefully if it's not too humid, otherwise, yoga

  • Tuesday: Mowed the lawn, 30 minutes
    Walked the dog, 25 minutes
    The Firm Super Cardio Sculpt, 42 minutes

    *Whew* went to bed early! I was tired!

    Wednesday: Will walk the dog for 25 minutes again, our route is a bit over a mile. Not sure what else I will do.

    After a trip around Wal-Mart and making dinner, I was tired. All I did was walk the dog. And I'm paying for it today! I woke up sore and stiff from not exercising!
  • 40 minutes elliptical and 35 minutes weight training.
  • 3.6 mile run
  • W1D2 - C25k....feels kind of wimpy directly following Lisa's run...
  • Monday - cleaned the laundry room like crazy.. about 1.5 hours
    Thursday - walked Eli in stroller - uphill - in the crazy humid weather - about 12 mins and I think I had a stroke!
  • Monday: Nothing
    Tuesday: Hike Bruce Trail 6.2 Kms over 4 hours (very slow) I got scared I wasn't going to make it back to the car, hilly and beautiful and exhausting
    Wednesday: Too sore to move
    Thursday: YMCA pool gentle, a few laps and tread water for 30 minutes
    Friday walk 30 minutes locally with hills and heart rate in the zone.
  • Thursday: Walked the dog, 30 minutes
    Got camping equipment down from the attic (it felt like lifting weights!)
    Loaded the van with half of the equipment

    Friday: Going Camping! I will be setting up tents, getting all the other equipment and the food set up for a fun day tomorrow!

    Saturday: Swimming, badminton, frisbee, miniature golf, walking up and down all the hills at the campground
    Pack up the tent and gear, load the van and then unload and put everything away.

    Sunday: Walk the dog and do a Firm video workout
