Thanks for the advice. I guess I should of followed my gut instict, I should of known better about the frozen food, even if it's SBD!
This is what I had so far for breakfast:
Sun-Eggs with a side of my Zucchini sauce, which had tomatoes, onions and garlic with a little cheese sprinkled on top, V-8
mon-Eggs with Spinich, onion, tomatoe, side of Black beans with tomatoe, onion, garlic. Water
Tues-Eggs with lean ham, cheese on top and V-8
Wed- Deli Turkey Breast, w/Eggs, spinich and tomatoe
I don't really care for FAT FREE Cottage cheese, but I might have to spice it up or something and have it for Breakfast!
