I'll anti up 400. I haven't been doing much, so I don't want to set an unreasonable number. First the habit, then the results.
My unsuspecting muscels are going to hate me.
Personally, I have trouble calling things exercise unless I'm sweating or doing something structured like lifting weights. HowEVER, I spent lots of time this weekend gardening and doing things I wasn't used to physically, and if anyone ELSE were doing it I'd call it exercise. Besides, I have a lot of muscles telling me that I did in fact exercise. I'm still just not sure how to count it... I'm really hung up on the sweat thing.
Ah, well, I'll at least add 60 minutes from yesterdays activities:

Just thought I would pop in and let you know I could only do 15 minutes on the treadmill today. Wow! I forgot what it's like to exercise....I hate sweating!!
