Has anyone made the Chocolate Truffles from the LAWL website and LAWL cookbook? I tried to make then last night and there was no way I was going to get it rolled into balls . . . . it was a gooey mess. Any ideas or suggestions?

Yes... don't make them. Seriously, I've made them and they were gross. A couple of other people have made them too and I don't think anyone has liked them. If you like chocolate, try the chocolate pudding, banana, peanut concoction.
