Who better to ask then all of you fabulous ladies who have "been there, done that"?
Anyway, after dropping over 130 lbs, I am down to my last 20 (or so). I know it's going to get harder and harder. I am looking to avoid the inevitable plateau. I guess I want to know is it really inevitable? Is there anyway to avoid it? I'm sure it varies greatly. Maybe some of you can share your experiences with me (all of us really) and let me (us) know how it was getting off those last pounds. Thank you.
