Hey I have a question. I know any exercise is great.Today I hopped on the elliptical but only could do 11 minutes since the baby started to fuss.So I figured I'd do 15 minutes later in the day.My question is,is it beneficial to break up your exercise throughout the day? Like 10 minutes there,10 minutes here, etc?
Yes it is - I have read that if you can't do it all in one 'chunk' that you still get benefit from doing it in bits and pieces - go for it!
