    Breakfast:
    tea

    snack:

    lunch:

    rice w/lima beans 3/11
    dinner:
    turkey 2
    stuffing 5
    cranberry sauce 1
    sweet potato 2
    brussel sprouts, broccoli
    gravy ? one T 1
    no dessert, made them, did not sleigh me
    water, no wine

    exercise; none yet, maybe after dinner
    water; not really
    coffee- not enough
  • Definitely over, but not as bad as past Thanksgivings. It helped going into it knowing what I planned to eat.
