  • I'm with ya, Plan B. Love the Wednesday weigh-ins.

I did have over 50 pounds to lose when I started nine weeks ago but now I'm a little under that.

Today's weigh in Down 3.6 pounds.

    Core rocks!!!!

  • Great to have ya Auntie! AND Outstanding weight loss for you!!!

I'm Liz, and I'm down another 4.4 lbs tonight!
  • Down another 1.4 pounds.

That makes 19 pounds in 10 weeks.
  • You guys rock! 4 lbs lost in one week? How??
  • Quote: You guys rock! 4 lbs lost in one week? How??
I followed my points very closely and walked every night!

This week I wasn't so strict, but I'm still down 1.6!

Great job Auntie on this weeks loss! 19lbs is awesome!!!
  • Hi all! I'm not new to 3FC, but I am new to the WW boards. Hubby and I just started WW on Sunday (though our weigh-ins are on Wednesdays). My orinigal starting weight in January when we started trying to lose weight was 235. After an emotional few months in Feb, March, and April... we're back on track. My current weight as of today is 226. Glad to be here and look forward to getting to know you all!

(And we won't tell anyone you've stolen the crown jewels)
  • I was surprised to have lost another 2 pounds this week.

And I wasn't being all that careful, either.
  • Hello my fellow Wednesday-weigh-inners.....

Congrats on your losses. I love seeing the scale go down!

I am down 3 pounds this week... that puts me at 223, and just 8 pounds from my June 17th (Fathers Day) goal!!!!
  • Sorry I fell off the planet for a couple of weeks - not looking forward to weigh-in tonight!

    Congrats everyone on your losses!
  • Plan B -- welcome back to the planet!
LondonJulz - WAY TO GO, Julie!

I made another 2.2 pounds today, giving me my 10% weight loss goal.

    Congratulations!

Unfortunately, my off-plan 2 weeks finally caught up with me... I had a gain.
  • Can't wait till Wednesday!
Hello all! My name is Tracy. I have been successful on WW in the past but didn't attend the meetings.. I had bought the at home kit. I Stopped counting points and I gained 25 of the 30 lbs that I had lost back!! So really for counting points is crucial, I know this but I sometimes get tired! I have a plan this time... when I get tired and feel like a change I plan to switch to core as needed... Though I love counting points. There is more variety in what you eat.

I have been back at it for almost two weeks now... My first WI after I started tracking was a loss of 3.6lbs I can't wait till this Wednesday to see how I am progressing!

I am attending meetings this time and I love it! I wouldn't stop going unless something Tragic happend! LOL I wish I had went to meetings before, I was under the impression that it was costly. If you get the monthly pass it is only $10 a week and you get e-tools freed. I saved money actually by not getting Mcdonalds a few times a week... The program has paid for itself already!

You all seem to be doing great! I would love to join your little group for WI's. I look forward to getting to know all of you..

Have a nice relaxing Sunday all!

Catch up with you on Wednesday.
  • Welcome Tracy!

I am really struggling to get back on plan this week... hopefully I can pull myself together!

    Liz
