Walked to belly dance, danced for two hours and then walked the mile back to work! Great day for me!
Some major pushing and even a bit of running with the double stroller
on Monday.

Nothing on Wed.
A double-length cardio workout on Thurs, but no strength/lifting since
Saturday.
