Planning: April 13

  • B: 1 pc peanut butter toast, 2c coffee w/milk
    L: 2 eggs, tomato soup w/kale, roasted potatoes
    D: 1 boca burger w/1 pc bread and mustard, 2 kiwis
    S: half a squash, 1/2 c ice cream
  • Okay....let's see....

    B-chicken bisquit from McDonals, coffee with splenda and 3 creamers
    S- fruit parfait from mcdonalds, no granola
    L- tuna and pickles on a flat bread wrap w/lettuce
    D- boiled shrimp, either 12 or 24??

    all in all....my calories are only adding up to 1118. I don't know if I should try to find more foods to eat, or just have a low calorie day. I had 1500 yesterday.
  • I had almonds with my coffee this morning so I'll have AllBran just shortly.

    ff cottage cheese and berries

    turkey, broccoli and baby carrots

    1/2 a tomato, 1/2 a grapefruit

    I'm not sure about supper again

    and I'm enjoying nibbling on AllBran in the evenings ... I should have a yogurt too.

    Trying to cut out cheese for a while

    S - 1/2 cup mustard and onion flavored pretzel pieces (YUM)
    1 cup ff yogurt + 1/4 cup raisins

    D - Going out to TGIFridays for a dinner, but I'm going to get the chicken pot stickers and go home for dinner. Those are about 500 cals, so maybe half of that + 2 pieces of my homemade chicken lasagna. How sad is it that I'm looking forward to my lasagna more than the Friday's appy?
