Everyone weigh in 04/13/07

  • It's time once again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. All are welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!

    Me: 181, down .5 from last week. Kinda a bummer, since I was hoping that I'd be down into the 170's again. I just need to focus on what I'm doing on my days off and turn this around. At least this isn't a disaster. In the bad old days, I might have been so discouraged by this sort of thing that I would just give up and go back to my old way of eating. But that simply isn't going to happen now. I just have no urge to do that, and that itself is a victory.
  • I drop 3 pounds since last week and body fat% is down by 1%. I think the increase of exercise(to 50 min/day) and a loss of appetite contributed the drop.
  • I'm up half a pound... And it's my birthday! woo! Not worrying about the half-pound, I'll get rid of it by next week
  • This week has been stressful! I was down to 156, then up to 157, then up again to 157.4.

    I am glad to say that this morning I am down to 156.4. My new goal is to be in the 140s by Memorial day! I am kicking up the exercise!
  • My lowest this week was 164.8. Haven't seen that in months! This morning it was up to 166.2 but that's because of TOM. *sigh* Will report again in another week or two.
  • I am happy to report I saw 167.4 this morning. I have been hanging around 168 to 169 for the past 3 weeks. Maybe I am finally starting to take off !!! I sure hope so. I am really trying to be way more deligent in watching what I eat along with my new excersize routine.

    Congrats to those who lost and also congrats to those who went up and are not letting it get them down. It is so easy to get down and want to quit when the scale either doesn't move or moves in the wrong way. But we just have to keep working at it!!!
  • Down 1 pound from last Friday to 185.5. Gotta go change my ticker!
  • Down 1 lb. this week . I'm really happy about that because I actually lost 2 lbs. last week and gained them back over Easter weekend. But, I lost those 2 plus 1 more this week. Finally the scale is starting to move!

    Congratulations to everyone on their weight losses. To those who gained, it really doesn't look like you all gained that much. I'm sure next week will bring a loss to you too.
  • Wow, good job everyone!!!

    I started last week and weighed in at 260. I stepped on the scale today and saw a 10 pound difference! 250!!!! WOOHOO!!!

    It's been a challenge, but so far it's been exciting, too.
  • 179.6! Yay, a number that, very narrowly, is in the 170's. Maybe I can make 175 by graduation after all...
  • I'm down 2.5 half pounds, but I was up 2 pounds last week.
  • Today's reading: 197.8 (down from 199.6 last week)
  • Down 2 pounds to 178.5! Super exciting for me, as I've been in the 180s for...forever, it felt like!
  • Up 0.5 lbs, but I was down 4 lbs last week, which was a very sudden drop, so I'm not choked.
  • My new weight is 232, down 3 pounds this week.
