    Sooooooooo, after a loooooooooooong almost 6wks, i am back!! I went to the gym today and feel great!! Quick update, I had a hysterectomy on the 19th of Feb so was unable to exercise. Anyway, I am ready to get moving again. I haven't gained a single pound. Woooohooo!!

    I was looking for the April Exercise thread/April Goals, but don't see them? Are they somewhere else now or just not started yet?

    Well, off to catch up..

    I hope that everything is alright after your hysterectomy.

    Wow, a hysterectomy! My mother had one over a decade ago and she's still moaning about it That's a rough surgery and I'm glad you're up and about and back on the boards
