  • 60 min weight training.

    Group total ~ 2210 + 60 = 2270 min
  • Another 2.45 miles in 45 minutes for me!

    Group Total: 2270 + 45 = 2315
  • 40 mins treadmill and 20 mins upper body weight training = 60 minutes

    Group Total: 2315 + 60 = 2375
  • Alright, sixty minutes of spading in the garden for me!

    2375 + 60 = 2435

    GO US!!!!
  • 2 hours beach walking, hard work walking on sand!! But good fun and great fresh air!!

    Personal goal is now 190 + 120= 310/1000

    Group total is 2435 + 120 = 2555!
  • Did my 30 minute WATP DVD today.

    GROUP TOTAL 2,555 + 30 = 2,585
  • 310 + 70 = 380 done 620 to go for 1000!!

    gym session again, hard work but rewarding!!

    2585 + 70 = 2655 group total
  • 30 minutes WATP this morning.

    GROUP TOTAL 2,655 + 30 = 2,685
  • Back to the gym and 60 min weight training!

    Group total ~ 2685 + 60 = 2745 min
  • We went camping this weekend and I did 240 minutes of hiking (5.5 miles) through the trails and loved it!

    Edit: Oops, I forgot that I played tennis this afternoon for a half hour or so.

    Group Total: 2745 + 270 = 3015

  • Hi, add 120 minutes FAST walking for me, we took the boys to the local country park on their bikes & we had to go VERY fast to keep up with them!!! We actually walked into the next county!!!lol, even if it was only 3 miles!
    GROUP TOTAL 3,045+120=3,165

  • 60 min yoga (though I had to make some adjustments so as not to hurt my knee)...

    Group total ~ 3285 + 60 = 3345 min
  • 40 mins treadmill and 23 mins lower body weight training = 63 minutes

    Group Total: 3345 + 63 = 3408
