Ok , so it is day 28 on my diet, and tomorrow is the official weighin, but I did weigh myself today and I only lost 1 lb last week! I am so discouraged, I was good, I kept under my calorie allotment, I excercised for at least an hour every day, and yet.........maybe I just got too used to losing 2lbs a week? I really wanted to see 169 on the scale, NOT 170.......I mean, I still lost, and I am now officially 10lbs gone, but I want more and I want it NOW LOL!!
Can anyone relate? On a related note, has anyone taken those fiber supplements that you either drink or sprinkle on your food? I am low on fiber and I need to get that number up.
