NSV - Weight Lifting

  • Yesterday, I maxed out one of the weight machines at my gym! 210 pounds per leg on the glute machine - it doesn't go any higher than that!

    Now I guess I need to get brave and move from the "conditioning" room into the "weightlifting" room, and learn to use a squat rack or a Smith machine! Scary. . .

  • That's really awesome! You know, I was actually just thinking about people maxing out the weight machines when I was at the gym tonight, wondering how often it happened. You should be very proud of yourself!
