why are you eating mostly meat?

you will feel like crap for a while. It is your body detoxing.

Make sure you drink your water!!! Water helps to flush all that stuff out. Take something for the headache....in about 3 days you should be good.

  • Thanks Kim & Robin!! I'll check these out!
  • Make A nice pot of lc soup using all the lc veggies u can find in the links that Robin W and Jersey girl gave u. Judy
  • i'm in the same boat as you.....sick to death of meat and cheese but not a big fan of veggies so i kinda have to force myself to eat those......
  • I'm an induction re-starter, so I know where you are coming from. One of things I had tonight was mashed cauliflower, sour cream, cheese, and butter. Just microwave the cauliflower until soft, mash with a masher, and add the rest of the ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste. I plan to use it in place of mashed potatoes.

    Take care,
    Julie
