Thinking about cancelling PUSH-anyone stayed longer than 3 months?

  • Hi all,
    This is my third month with PUSH and I'm thinking about cancelling. I really felt a big change in my body the first month. Not so much in the second month and maybe a little more this month (3rd). I really don't know if it's worth it. It has kept me on a schedule. I know I have to do it 3 times a week for 2 weeks so I can move on to the next session, but I'm just not sure if it's doing much anymore. If anything, it has made me consistent. I only liked the first 2 cardio's, so now I'm doing Walk Slim (leslie sansone) for my cardio. I was reading the posts about the Yourself Fitness programs. I'm thinking about changing to that.

    Any opinions? Helpful info?
