  • March exercise goal for me will be 40miles on the treadmill.

    1 - nuffin
    2 - 2 miles on tdmill.
    3 - took the day off
    4 - nuffin today either
    5 - 2 miles on tdm.
    6 - walked the home and garden show
    7 - 1 mile on the tdmill.

  • Oh NO! Did an overnight shift, so I WAS in town. TOTALLY forgot to stop at the walking track...see what age does...I tell ya. And I even volunteered 2 hours at the local thrift shop. Oh well, guess I'll have to burn some calories here at home.

    Wish I had a treadmill...don't want to walk down any icy roads.
