  • B-egg white ommlette w/ mushroom, onion and salsa
    S-cheese string and a few crackers
    L-tuna w/ light mayo on romaine lettuce w/ a salad probably
    S-2 mini bagels w/ cream cheese
    D-no idea, thinking small steak and a potato cut up into fries and baked
    S-popcorn or maybe ice cream
    Water-3.5-4L
    Exercize-hopefully going for a walk, its looking rainy out right now though
  • B- mini orange; instant maple syrup and walnut oatmeal with some extra oats
    S- tea and banana with peanut butter
    L- either tuna or sardines with rice crackers
    W- thinking some vanialla yogurt with chocolate nesquick cerel, hah healthy
    D- uhhh not sure, turkey sasuages maybe?
    W- 4-5L
    E- already did 75 min
  • b - Go Lean cereal with soy milk
    S - coffee with splenda and milk, apple
    L - salad of endive, avocado, turkey ham, and light feta; another veggie or something
    S - blueberry fiber cake with cream cheese
    S - NF yogurt with wheat germ and blackberries
    D - Indian-style chicken; baked cheese polenta with mustard greens; green salad
    S - low cal pudding with chocolate cat cookies

    Exercise: one hour with trainer
  • B: Nonfat Latte (running late), and small oatmeal cookie
    L: HUGE Salad (romaine, raisins, almonds, carrots, cucumbers, mushrooms, zucchini, egg, tuna, tomatoes, and feta)
    S: String Cheese, beef jerky, or edamame
    D: Stroganoff with some rice

    E: 1hr yoga this morning
