Its time to give this thread a bump and have some accountability. How did you do on your goals???
I did very good.
1. Don't over eat while visit my friends Feb 28 - March 4. - I did very well on vacation. I did not over eat once.
2. Continue doing the C25K program. - Still slowly pluging away at it. I had some set back but did ok.
3. 500 minutes of exercise. 664 Minutes! 30.96 Miles! Oh yeah baby!
4. Study, work on my outlining. I did study a lot and got all of my outlines done though spring break and two updated to date.
