Good morning everyone. The sun is shining here this morning and the temps are supposed to get above freezing!!!

Had a busy weekend. The big news is that I weighed in and was down 2.4 lbs!! Am back to within 2 lbs of goal so didn't even have to pay. Take that LA Weight Loss!!

Saw The Queen on Friday nite and totally agree with Helen Mirren's Oscar. She was amazing. Got my hair cut on Saturday, three hour visit with my match family and a wonderful pasta dinner with my running group in anticipation of the Hypothermic Half that several of them ran yesterday morning. My sister and I did 8 km on the trail near my home and it was just great to be outside for the second week in a row. A bit windy but beautiful otherwise.

Took my friend's kid to a birthday party at a local pool yesterday. Made squash soup, puttered.
