2 Pt Bars...

  • I had heard somewhere that the 2 Pt bars from WW can be counted as a milk serving. Does anyone know if this is true?

  • That is what I heard too. I think it is because it has mor than 25 percent the calcium requirement.
  • yes they can
be counted as a milk serving -- they have 25% of the Recommended Dietary Allowance that the U.S.D.A. suggests so they do count. of course, there is debate about cows milk, calcium, etc. and research has shown that calcium from the cow is your best source, but absent that, calcium supplements (which the 2 point bars will support) counts fine.

by the way -- some new 2 points flavors coming out soon: chocolate mint; lemon chiffon; cookie dough, and chocolate fudge!
