  • Thank you, Gary! How are the CO plans coming? Hope you get to see everyone you wanted to see!
  • Hi Junebug ~ actually Angie and I fly into Denver on the June 22 then home on the following Monday. The wedding is on the 23rd, and I have already talked to my son's buddies, they will meet us somewhere on Sunday, as you said it is only about an hour from where they are to Longmont. Thanks again for that info, it really helped!
  • Being a mom!

    Same question...
  • OK ~ let's get rolling again

DID YOU PLAY A SPORT IN HIGH SCHOOL? WHAT WAS IT? IF YOU DIDN'T, DID YOU SUPPORT AND WATCH ANY?
  • No, didn't do any sports, was just on the flag team. I did go to lots of football games and they were fun.

    Same Question...
  • Played many sports in high school; intramural badminton, pingpong, weight-lifting, volleyball, and floor hockey. Also played basketball, touch football, regular ice and street hockey, and was on an all-star baseball team. Even tried my hand at archery; really enjoyed that but, it's harder than it looks. Won 1st place ribbons in track for discus throwing too.

I considered going on to be a gym/phys ed teacher; maybe if I had, I wouldn't have weight issues today ... hmmm???

    Same question ...
  • soccer, cc, flag football, basketball, track, indoor soccer, softball.
    i love sports.
    same question
  • I was never on any organized sports team, just played soft tennis, archery, some gymnastic stuff that i was forced to do in PE class... yuck! I was a band geek, played the drums, percussion instruments and keyboard for 2 years in h.s. band. We had to go to football and basketball games to play to support our team.

What was your worst subject in high school?
  • English...I hated it!

What was your most memorable vacation?
  • I think it would be visiting my sister when she lived in Prague - we did a lot of traveling and had a blast.

Oh, and I played field hockey in high school and am an English teacher and former hockey coach!! Ha, ha.

    Worst subject?

Any math... although I wasn't too swift at Chemistry either. My teacher was scatterbrained and that didn't help, but I don't have an affinity for lots of numbers and formulas.

Back to that question... least fav subject in school?
  • Least favorite subject was Science ~ the physics/chemistry part; it was just sooo danged boring, that's all!

And in grade nine, me and a few other students kept falling asleep in the Geography class (we knew it already)! So, the teach decided to do an upgrade for the next year.

    Same question ...
  • Math -and I HAD to go and marry a MATH PROFESSOR!!!!

If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you be?
  • California. Haven't been back there in a few years now and I am due for a visit.

    Same question...
  • Somewhere in Italy with my husband sampling the local fare on our way to see the Holy See uh oh, it must be past my lunch time, I'm getting delirious

Hey, another math hater here. I sucked at math and only got enough credits to graduate, then never took another high math course ever again. I was infatuated with the Calc teacher though, he was such a hunk--and SMART. He taught Physics too. Too bad I never used him as motivation to continue my math or science studies.

Back to the previous question: If you could be anywhere in the world, where would you be?
  • You would find me on one of the many beautiful beaches in Hawaii.

What TV program would you REALLY miss if you could never see it again?
