Planning for Tuesday February 20

  • Early planning means another good day tomorrow! (even though I havent had dinner yet for today! haha)

    B- english muffin with very little smoked salmon cream cheese tomato and sliced turkey breast
    S- coffee with 0 cal syrup and skim milk; banana
    L- sushi and miso soup
    S- mini oranges (2-3)
    D- uh... depends if my boyfriend is awake or sleeping - if he is sleeping probably taco salad otherwise I dont know
    E- 60min
    W- 4L
  • Here's Tuesday's plan for me:

    B - Go Lean cereal with soy milk
    S - tea or coffee with splenda and milk, maybe an apple
    L - brussels sprouts with turkey ham and onions; Green Giant baby veggie medley
    S - blueberry fiber cake with cream cheese
    S - NF yogurt with wheat germ and blackberries
    D - might end up going out with a friend, if not it will be Creole Catfish (catfish with blackened seasoning in sauce of tomatoes, onions, peppers, and okra); small baked sweet potato with a little brown sugar; green salad
    S - low fat mousse with mini-meringues

    Exercise: swimming for one hour

    jacket potato with cottage cheese, plum

    BfL apple pie with fromage frais

    Not sure about exercise Might limp to the gym for UBWO, deffo no training

    D- cola chicken and probably rice or baked potato & lots of veggies

    Exercize-30 mins on bike tonight when watchin dog
  • B - kashi go lean crunch w/ skim milk
    L - black bean patty on ww bun w/ mustard, cooked spinach, apple
    S - celery, laughing cow light swiss cheese
    D - grilled chicken breast, brown rice in cicken broth w/ garlic and onions, salad, peas

    E - 40 min on treadmill this am

    W - lots....
  • B~egg whites and blackberries
    S~0% fage yogurt and 1/2 c banana
    L~garden salad
    S~apple
    D~pork and avacado roll up in ww tortilla, possibly with carrots and snap peas on the side.
  • B: egg whites w/ cheese, chicken bacon, V8
    S: cottage cheese, All-Bran (not originally in the plan. Oops)
    L: chef's salad, SF jello
    S: apple
    D: grilled cheese, green & wax beans, salad
    S: pb cookies or SF pudding

    Too many carbs today -- I should only have 1 serving of grains plus a fruit (so half a grilled cheese and an apple), but I was kind of rushed today and yesterday so planning didn't go as well as planned, LOL.

    Also had to be at work at 7:00 a.m. so didn't have time for exercise. 2 hours sleep last night so probably won't do it this evening, either.

    s - 6 ounces baby carrots<i'm addicted to these things>
    L - pb sandwich<1 piece whole wheat bread, cut in half, 1/2 tbsp pb and mushed together> with an orange
    s - orange pepper
    D - mexican casserole<black beans, brown rice, grene chilis, diced tomatoes and shredded chicken all baked together>, served with salsa, spinach and red cabbage salad, steamed veggies
