planning for Sat feb 17 & sun feb 18

    Saturday
    B- i had 2 slices of ww bread & light jam
    S-string cheese
    L- i had a grilled chicken breast & tomato cucumber salad
    S- probably a light chocolate pudding & hard boiled egg
    D- dunno? maybe pork chops & potato
    S-popcorn
    Water-3.5 L
    Exercize- did 20 mins on my bike this morning

    Sunday
    B-egg white omlette w/ 1 egg & lots of veggies & maybe toast
    S-string cheese
    L- leftovers from tonights dinner
    S-crackers & cream cheese
    D-no clue, maybe chicken breasts done in the crockpot & rice
    S-popcorn
    Water-3.5L
    Exercize- dunno maybe do 30 mins on my bike
