Hey gals and guys! I was just wondering if anyone had a recipe for almond encrusted talapia. I had it at a restaurant last week and it was magnify...whew. Just wondering if there was any way we could make this OP. If anyone has any suggestions let me know...THANKS!!

I submitted a recipe a while ago for Pecan Crusted Grouper.. you could take this and adapt to the tilapia and sub the almonds for the pecans.. check the recipe thread.. it is YUMMY

Yes I saw that, I thought that might be pretty close to it. Thanks, I think I am gonna try that tonight, on a bed of spinach....yummmmmmm!!!!

Any other ideas or LA Chef ideas appreciated. I want to try it a couple different ways.
