Planning for Thursday Feb. 15

  • Where is everyone?? Uh oh, don't tell me everyone is nursing V-day hangovers (food, alcohol, candy, etc) lol

    b - kashi, milk, banana

    s - grapes

    l - turkey wrap, yogurt

    s - ww choc muffin (I am so anticipating this one!!)

    e - 30-40 min strength/cardio

    d - chicken breast, mashed potatoes, zucchini

    B-kashi go lean cruch, skim milk
    L-black bean patty on ww bun, cooked spinach, apple
    D-ww pasta with marinara sauce, salad, cooked cabbage

    E-40 min on treadmill this am
  • I made it out from all the snow!!!!

    B: 1/3c steel cut oats, 5 strawberries, 1/2 homemade oatmeal cookie= 200cal

    L: 1/2c brown rice, w. 1/2c chickpeas, mixed vegies w. 2T hummus= 225cal

    S: 1 sm plum= 25cal, 2 homemade oatmeal cookies= 75cal

    D: 2c homemade butternut and carrot soup= 100cal, 1 serving of baked blue corn chips= 110cal

    S: 2c brown rice puff cereal= 100cal, 2c unsweetened almond milk= 80cal

    Wk: Off Day
  • B: 1 pc w-w toast w/peanut butter, 1c honeydew and cantaloupe
    L: 1 stuffed pepper
    D: 1c macaroni salad, 1 pint taco casserole, 1pc cheesecake
  • B- had fruit salad and a hard boiled egg
    S-nothing
    L-having 1C rice & a shrimp stirfry
    S-string cheese & maybe some crackers
    D- dunno its my birthday so my hubby is making me supper, i just hope he makes something i will eat LoL & maybe a slice of bday cake as im sure my mother will get one even though i told her not to
    S-light ice cream
    Water-3.5L
    Exercize- none, its my birthday im taking the day off lol
  • im late - had to take keiko for an emg. trip to the vet... thought she ate a rock! but she should be ok

    B- two mini bagels with peanut butter

    uh... ill be good today but i dunno, im at home

    I did do my hour on my bike before everything hapepend, lol
  • Happy birthday, Cupcake! You gotta have cake on your birthday! I not only have cake on my birthday, if there is any leftover, I get one piece per day until it is gone.

    Courtnie, I hope Kieko is okay! I'm sure dogs are like little kids and eat all sorts of things they shouldn't. We had a puppy once that would eat all the lint off our living room floor.

    No Valentine's Day hangovers for me. I was completely on plan yesterday, maybe even a little low. I have a new dress from J. Crew and I want to look great in it in two weeks, so I'll be on plan until then.

    Here is today's plan:

    B - Go Lean cereal with soy milk
    S - tea with splenda and milk
    L - not sure, eating at a business function. Will do my best to stay on plan. No desserts!
    S - blueberry fiber cake with NF cream cheese
    S - NF yogurt with wheat germ
    D - Braised Hunter-Style Chicken with Carrots; green salad
    S - LF mousse, mini-meringues

    Exercise: one hour swimming, already done!
  • B - 1 cup cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk

    S - 1/4 cup peanuts and 20 raisins

    L - Turkey breast sandwhich, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 14 bbq baked lays,

    S - Banana

    D - Vegetable beef soup, 5 crackers

    S- 1 cup of hot tea (b4 bed)

    And water - lots of water.
