Valentines Day heart healthy menus

  • K I didnt see a menu for yesterday and none for today so I thought I would start one...

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, double serving of peaches, equal

    Lunch: Oatmeal made with skim, banana cooked in with 1 T walnuts (points), equal

    Dinner: Bowl of homemade Core 95% FF sirloin chili, square of Core cornmeal (healthy oil is in chili and cornbread)

    Snack: Not sure but at least of cup of tea with skim and equal
