Some of the people I work with keep 3 lists posted in their areas: Dear to Me, On Notice (means its about to get kicked to the Dead to Me list and finally Dead to Me. I thought it would be fun to do something like that here. Each list should have no more than 5 -6 items and no fair listing parents,kids etc. as dear to me, that's a given.
